After 50 years in Sydney, we decided to make a lifestyle change and move to one of the most stunning parts of the world, the Noosa Hinterland.

 

Here, we created Freshwater Cottage to share with others and so people could feel how we feel when living amongst the rolling hills, the calming sounds of nature and the unique tranquility that is Eumundi. We are situated on the rise leading up to the breathtaking Cooroy Mountain and 5 mins drive from the main street of Eumundi and the world famous Eumundi Markets!

The cottage is 100% off grid with battery back up solar power, as well as gas hot water & cook top. Some of the extensive facilities include; private bathroom, self contained kitchen, coffee machine, cooking facilities, private balcony, laundry facilities and car parking outside the cottage. There is key box entry allowing 100% self access for you to come and go as you please. The only sharing you may have to consider is with our friendly kookaburras!

In addition, you will have complete access to our beautiful salt water pool where you'll be forced to relax and enjoy the stunning vista of the Hinterland and Cooroy Mountain. If the beach is more your style, no problem, we have Noosa Main Beach, Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach (to name a few) all about 20 odd mins drive away.

 

Freshwater Cottage is your ideal weekend getaway, but feel free to stay even longer and become hidden in the hills like us! We would love to share our beautiful surrounds with you.
